Compete with, learn from, and push each other in our private buddy sessions. Improve all around skills, game moves, and IQ as you grind out a competitive workout with your teammates. Drill work, game situations, competitions, and scrimmages throughout each workout will translate skills learned to live game play. Get the training and attention you need to improve your game! 

​​- Players must form their own group to participate

- Groups must consist of at least 2 players and no more than 4 as to give the most attention to each player

- Workouts will take place on weekdays

- All workouts will be a 1 hour duration

- Groups may register for 1 or multiple weeks at a time


- Any cancellations/changes must be requested 24 hours prior to scheduled session

Our 1 on 1 training gives individual attention to players that will push them to reach their full potential. Each session is designed to improve a 
player's weaknesses and enhance their strengths through custom workouts made for each individual's needs.
Skills from ball-handling, shooting, finishing, decision-making, footwork, and conditioning will be covered throughout. 1 on 1 trainings are reserved for serious players of the game and can be scheduled any day of the week at various times. Workouts are offered year round for players to not only stay sharp during the season, but to up their game during the off-season. Sessions are limited and will fill up fast! ​​- One hour private training session, will be scheduled per availability, outside of our group session schedules.

​​- Sessions can be scheduled Sunday - Friday

​​- Privates must be used within a 6 month period of purchase, no exceptions.
